WAFFLE & PANCAKE Recipe
Ingredients
Waffle & Pancake Mix - 1kg
Water - 1L
Total Batter Weight: 2Kg
Method
Add all ingredients to mixer.
Blend on slow speed for 1 minute to disperse powder.
Scrape down.
Whisk on fast speed for 10 minutes.
Pour batter onto greased hot waffle irons and remove when cooked.
BELGIUM WAFFLE Recipe

Milk - 5ooml
Vinegar - 20ml
Total Batter Weight: 1.02kg
Method
Add Milk to the Waffle Mix and mix on medium speed until all the ingredients are well incorporated
Slowly ads the vinegar and mix until batter is thick and smooth
