Overview

WAFFLE & PANCAKE MIX is a complete mix in powder form, requiring only the addition of water to produce a waffle batter. Add water and eggs to turn it into a perfect pancake batter.

THE FLAVOUR LAB WAFFLE MIX mix in powder form , requires the addition of milk and vinegar.

WAFFLE & PANCAKE Recipe

Ingredients
  • Waffle & Pancake Mix - 1kg
  • Water - 1L

Total Batter Weight:  2Kg

Method

  • Add all ingredients to mixer.
  • Blend on slow speed for 1 minute to disperse powder.
  • Scrape down. 
  • Whisk on fast speed for 10 minutes.
  • Pour batter onto greased hot waffle irons and remove when cooked.

BELGIUM WAFFLE Recipe

Ingredients
  • Waffle Mixture - 500g
  • Milk - 5ooml
  • Vinegar - 20ml
Total Batter Weight: 1.02kg

Method

  • Add Milk to the Waffle Mix and mix on medium speed until all the ingredients are well incorporated
  • Slowly ads the vinegar and mix until batter is thick and smooth

Intended Use/Abuse:

  • An off-white powder that is free from lumps and has a sweet aroma.
  • Intended for all types of consumers.
