VEGAN CAKE MIX is a mix that requires only the addition of water and oil. Specially formulated for Vegans.

Ingredients
Vegan Cake Mix - 1kg
Water - 500ml
Oil - 100ml
Total Batter Weight: 1.600
Method
Place all ingredients except Vegetable Oil into the mixing bowl.
Blend together on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down.
Mix on medium speed for 4 minutes.
Add Oil slowly over 1 minute on slow speed.
Scale 450g into cake tins, preferably Madeira tins.
Bake at 180ºC until baked through ±55 minutes.
Variants:
Cherries, Chockex Nibs or Blueberries can be added for different variants (10% to batter weight).
