Overview

Strawberry Mousse Mix is a blend of functional ingredients which, when blended with BAKELS DELIGHT or fresh cream and water, makes a smooth eating strawberry flavoured mousse. It is Freeze/Thaw stable and may be re-whipped if desired.

Our Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse Mix is a moreish Strawberry flavoured mousse which, when blended with milk and whisked, only needs to refrigerate for 20min.

Bakels Recipe

Ingredients

Cold water - 600ml
Bakels Delight Non-dairy Cream - 400ml
Strawberry Mousse Mix - 500g

Total Mix Weight: 1.75L

Method

Place Cold Water and BAKELS DELIGHT into mixing bowl and add CHOCOMOUSSE MIX to mixing bowl.
Blend for 1 minute on low speed.
Scrape down.
Whisk for 5 minutes on top speed.
Use as desired. Store in refrigerator.

NOTE: Prepared CHOCOMOUSSE will rapidly set into a smooth eating mousse. May be frozen & thawed (freeze/thaw stable). May be re-whipped.

Ingredients

Strawberry Mousse Mix - 500g
Full Cream Milk - 833ml

Total Batter Weight: 1.333kg

Method

Blend the Strawberry Mousse Mix and Full Cream Milk at a low speed until combined
At high speed, with a mixer with a whisk attachment, whisk for 3-4 minutes.
Refrigerate for 2-4 hours and serve
