Ingredients
- Pettina Shortbread Biscuit Mix - 1kg
- Creamy Yellow Margarine - 300g
- Water - 100ml
Total Dough Weight: 1.4kg
Method
- Place all the ingredients into mixing bowl.
- Blend together on slow speed until clear.
- Press the shortbread dough into a parchment-lined metal baking pan, using your fingertips to flatten it into an even layer:
- Prick the dough all over with a fork
- Refrigerate overnight
- Remove from fridge and allow to come to room temperature.
- Bake at 190degrees (about 20 minutes), until the shortbread is golden brown on the edges
