A premix requiring only the addition of butter or margarine to produce a nutritious muesli slice.
Feel free to jazz it up with the addition of Choco Nibs, White Chocolate Chips or Cranberries

Ingredients
Muesli Slice Mix - 1kg
Margarine - 320g
Total Batter Weight:
Method
Ensure that the margarine is soft or melted.
Place both the ingredients into the mixing bowl.
Blend until the margarine is dispersed through the mix.
Press firmly into an ungreased baking tray, finish off with a rolling pin.
Bake at ±160°C.
Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
NOTE: If the product is fragile or crumbly, this can be overcome by ensuring that the mix is pressed firmly into the baking tray.
Intended Use/Abuse:
A free flowing premix containing an even distribution of cereals, seeds, nuts and off white to tan coloured powders. Some settling may occur during transit.
Intended for all types of consumers.
Damaged packaging can result in product contamination. Prevent exposure to air, or strong vapour to maintain organoleptic and sensory properties of the product.
