Pettina Cheesecake Mix - 800g
Water - 600ml
Total Batter Weight: 1.4kg
Method
Place all the ingredients into the mixing bowl.
Whisk on fast speed for 6 - 7 minutes.
Use plain, or add flavour paste/ fruit/ liqueur as desired.
