Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

Cheesecake Mix - 800g
Water - 600ml

Total Batter Weight: 1.4kg

Method

Place all the ingredients into the mixing bowl.
Whisk on fast speed for 6 - 7 minutes.
Use plain, or add flavour paste/ fruit/ liqueur as desired.

Continental Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

Continental Cheesecake Mix - 500g
Water - 500ml

Total Batter Weight: 1kg

Method

Place all the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Whisk on fast speed for 6 minutes. Use as desired.
