Donut Mix - 1.00kg
Water - 0.55kg
Total Batter Weight: 1.550
Method
Blend together on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down.
Blend further on fast speed for ±3 minutes using a flat beater.
Rest for 2 - 3 minutes.
Transfer mixture to an automated donut machine or a large pot and deep fry in hot oil ±190°C.

This Donut Mix is a complete mix for ring donuts requiring only the addition of water and is designed for automatic donut machines but can be used in home applications.
This Donut Mix gives a light textured donut which is able to withstand pre-packing.
