Our Double Belgium Chocolate Mousse Mix is a Light and Decadent Chocolate Mousse which, when blended with milk and whisked, only needs to refrigerate for 20min.
Bakels Recipe
Ingredients
Cold water - 600ml
Bakels Delight Non-dairy Cream - 400ml
Chocomousse Mix - 500g
Total Mix Weight: 1.75L
Method
Place Cold Water and BAKELS DELIGHT into mixing bowl and add CHOCOMOUSSE MIX to mixing bowl.
Blend for 1 minute on low speed.
Scrape down.
Whisk for 5 minutes on top speed.
Use as desired. Store in refrigerator.
NOTE: Prepared CHOCOMOUSSE will rapidly set into a smooth eating mousse. May be frozen & thawed (freeze/thaw stable). May be re-whipped.
The Flavour Lab Recipe
Ingredients
Double Belgian Choc Mousse - 500g
Full Cream Milk - 600ml
Total Batter Weight: 1.1kg
Method
Blend the Double Belgian Choc Mousse Mix and Full Cream Milk at a low speed until combined
At high speed, with a mixer with a whisk attachment, whisk for 5 minutes.
Refrigerate for 30mins and serve
