Popping boba is used in water-based Bubble Tea as opposed to Milk Tea (which uses Tapioca). It has a super thin, gel-like outside, which bursts when biting on it, releasing the sweet juice inside.

It is also known as Bursting Boba, Popping Boba, and Bursting Fruit Bubbles. This product is Halal certified.

Recommendations: Popping Boba pairs well with Sugar Syrup mixed with weak Tea, or diluted Ice Tea Concentrate, or for the quick fix, just in Sprite™.
