A premix for the ever popular American Brownie, a rich moist chocolate slice. The versatility of this mixallows the addition of nuts to the basic mix.

Ingredients
American Brownie Mix - 2kg
Water - 535ml
Eggs (Large) - 6 (285g)
Pecans - chopped (optional) - 250g
Total Batter Weight: 3.07kg
Method
Place all the ingredients into the mixing bowl.
Mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down.
Mix on slow speed for a further 2 minutes.
Prepare a baking tray with Silicone release paper/ wax paper.
Spread BROWNIE MIX onto the paper.
Bake at ±190ºC.
When cool, coat top with chocolate fudge or chocolate fondant. Cut into oblong pieces.

A rich, cocoa coloured, free flowing powder with an even dispersion of white particles and a sweet, rich chocolate aroma.
